Love the job Pointe Pest Control does! Been using them for years.
Technician arrived, reviewed the steps he would take during his visit and after discussing with me he performed steps, including alerting me that there might a couple of places in the back of the house that could be a problem. He also placed some mesh in those places.
Serviceman was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and addressed our pest problem!
This was my first experience with an exterminator. Kevon was on time, courteous, and explained in detail how Pointe Pest Control works. He was happy to answer all my questions. Here's hoping my little black ants are a thing of the past.
Saul did an excellent job. He spent time talking with us; keeping us up to date.
Our service technician Ryan is persistent, efficient, and thorough. It appears that he is finally solving our problem. Other technicians have tried but have not followed up. I highly recommend Ryan.
