Evan was very knowledgeable about the services offered. He answered my questions and explained how Pointe was different from the other companies. I told him my experiences with the other companies and how I had to keep calling them back plus I had to treat areas outside myself and decided why should I pay double so cancelled my service with them. He assured me they would take care of any concerns I had and feel free to call if I had questions later. Very competent, courteous, and fair pricing.
