We have the same gentleman service out house every time. He is very thorough and super nice! Very trustworthy service!

Tech came in for the initial visit after we decided to replace our existing provider. All I can say is he was very competent, explained every detail of what he was doing and the reason for doing it. Overall the experience was excellent and I can only say I feel comfortable our house is in good hands!

Pointe has been extremely reliable, coming out in between our regular quarterly scheduled appts to deal with mice or any other issues we have. Glenn Davis is our current tech and he's amazing. Took the time to walk us through step by step what our plan is for mouse remediation. And is so friendly! Gets along great with our dog too :)
The tech (Glen) is very professional and allways asks if we have comcerns or issues. He also takes the time to ask about the family very nice touch.
