Very friendly, love attending
The staff here are very helpful, kind and knowledgeable…operating with integrity. They also go by the “Golden Rule’! For these reasons, I love living here.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. From the beginning, I had some concerns based on how one of the staff members conducted themselves, but I gave it a chance anyway. I paid both an application fee and a holding fee, and was assured by Dajanae that the holding fee would be refunded if I didn’t end up qualifying. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. Living at Parcon12 for a couple of months it has been a positive experience. The spacious floor plan with balcony is a great feature. The location provides convenient access to nearby places like restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The management and maintenance staff are responsive ,efficient, and nice.
Terrible place maintenance men are a joke lazy and won't repair things in the units. People in the office are just as useless. They take weeks to repair things if at all yet they charge a $100 late fee if you're late. Halls constantly smell like weed so obviously there's drug use here. Pool has so many guest and loud music you have to keep windows shut if you're working from home. All utilities are paid by you nothing is included. $100+ water and sewage bills.
