I have to share that Henry, the Service Manager, is very knowledgeable, professional, very kind, etc. Because of the pride that Henry has, he will always make sure that you are completely satisfied with the work that’s being/has been done in your apartment. If I could give this place -0 stars I would. I applied and I didn't like the apartment and I told the office I didnt like them during my tour, which is my perference. The next business day I received the email below. I printed my statements right off my banking website. The apartments didn't look anything like the pictures online. They are refusing to give back the $200.00 dollar holding fee. I had to file a fraudulent charge with my bank. I never heard of a company not returning a holding fee. This has to be my worst experience with a move in by far. To start I was told to apply for a unit that I toured and was approved for . After being approved I couldn’t reach anyone in office. It took a whole week for someone to get back with me only to come into office and find out I was told the wrong price for the unit and it was no longer available. The apartment complex has a great location with nice surroundings, making it a pleasant place to live. The area is well-maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and convenient. However, the service here is quite slow. We submitted a request a long time ago, but it took 2 to 3 weeks for maintenance to respond. This delay can be frustrating, especially when dealing with urgent issues. If management improves their response time, this place would be much better.
