I love Pointe North Dental and Dr. Kim. I've been a patient here for at least 15 years and my visits are always very pleasant. From the moment I walk in, the front office staff is amazing (full circle moment, Evelyn was a past student of mine), my wait time is 5 minutes or less, and Teresa always takes care of me in ensuring my teeth are cleaned to perfection. The office is clean and well maintained. I feel relaxed when I'm here and the background music is a bonus that I appreciate.
This dentist has poor communication -- he worked on 10 of my teeth and I had to go back on four different occasions for adjustments to the work he did due to pain and sensitivity. He also suggested he needed to redo one of my fillings he had done, with no admission of what he had done wrong or why it failed to work.
Dr. Kim has been our family dentist for several years. Highly recommend.
