I bring my elderly mom here quarterly for a cleaning. Lance is typically her hygienist and he does an amazing job. He is kind, funny and has the patience of a saint. He deserves a raise!

April 11, 2025. When I called to book, I was told someone would call me back to confirm whether they accepted my insurance. If not, the office would let me know the out-of-pocket cost. Unfortunately, that call never came. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by one staff member, then another asked for my ID and insurance card. After many yrs & dollars previously spent on repairing my teeth in California, at age 66, it was time to have them all pulled and implants put in. Thankfully we found Dr Kim here in Nevada. Yes it was a bit painful but no fault of the Drs. I had many root canals and crowns. The pain only lasted maybe 3 days after Dr Kim pulled and placed the posts. On Nov 20th I was told my new bridge would cost $6700. I had to pay upfront and the office would bill my insurance. After repeated calls and assurance my $6700 claim had been submitted to my insurance, today, Dec 6th I found out that isn't true. Discussed isn't a strong enough word.
