When you move out, you'll have problems too! We lived here for 2 years, and everything was fine until they started raising the rent to very high prices. We moved out because of the high rent, and then we started receiving bills for utilities that we had already paid. We didn't want to argue and paid them to avoid conflict and leave peacefully, but today another bill arrived for a very large sum for something unclear!!! WE DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING MORE, but they still continue to send us bills that we DON'T have to pay!!! It's... read more

We lived at this complex for 13 years and really loved it there. We stayed there so long because of the spacious 2 bedroom apartments (the floor plan is amazing), the popcorn ceiling providing some sound barrier from neighbors, and the beautiful red brick fireplace. While the fireplaces have changed with renovations, and some of the sound proofing has changes with the addition of hardwood floors instead of the original carpeting, it continued to be a comfortable and roomy place to live at a reasonable price for the area.
Absolutely love living here with my little family! The management team is always so welcoming and kind to us and our pup, and the maintenance team is just as kind and efficent!
