Management and maintenance were great. Living here was okay, mostly quiet and peaceful, but I had to move when they raised the rent by $600. The trouble started when my acct was turned over to corporate on move out. Per the lease I gave them my 20-day notice, but they decided I should of given them 2 months notice. They kept my $200 deposit and fined me $562 for not telling them 2 months ahead of time. After I complained to corporate they lowered it to $462. When you move out, you'll have problems too! We lived here for 2 years, and everything was fine until they started raising the rent to very high prices. We moved out because of the high rent, and then we started receiving bills for utilities that we had already paid. We didn't want to argue and paid them to avoid conflict and leave peacefully, but today another bill arrived for a very large sum for something unclear!!! WE DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING MORE, but they still continue to send us bills that we DON'T have to pay!!! It's... read more
