I have lived at Point East Apartments since 2019. Everybody hears everything bad about Apartments but never everything good today. I was having a bad morning and I was walking to the office through the apartment complex and the energy was so positive and really changed how I felt because I was having a bad day the energy and the people that are here Are just amazing. they have pot flags hanging all over for years.. the day i put a pride flag up they say i have to take it down.. these people are prejudice
We moved into our new apartment on February 27th, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The management team is exceptional—whenever we request maintenance, they respond promptly and ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. The apartment itself is spotless, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful, quiet community. Parking is never an issue, as there are always available spaces for our cars. I have asked Jazmin to please stop calling me. My name is not David. I found this property to be very disorganized as she no call no showed for two appointments I had. I kindly ask that you cease all communication with me.
I toured this property in January 2025 with Jazzmin. The property is clean and is in what felt like to me a great, safe area. The units she showed me looked really clean, nice and upgraded and they had a great layout with double access to the kitchen. The amenities were also wonderful! It's a great location at a great price but I decided I wanted to live across the sound on the peninsula so I'm renting elsewhere but if I decide later I want to be closer to Seattle/Tacoma I will definitely be keeping this property in mind.
