We moved into our new apartment on February 27th, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The management team is exceptional—whenever we request maintenance, they respond promptly and ensure everything is taken care of efficiently. I have asked Jazmin to please stop calling me. My name is not David. I found this property to be very disorganized as she no call no showed for two appointments I had. I kindly ask that you cease all communication with me.
I toured this property in January 2025 with Jazzmin. The property is clean and is in what felt like to me a great, safe area. The units she showed me looked really clean, nice and upgraded and they had a great layout with double access to the kitchen. The amenities were also wonderful! It's a great location at a great price but I decided I wanted to live across the sound on the peninsula so I'm renting elsewhere but if I decide later I want to be closer to Seattle/Tacoma I will definitely be keeping this property in mind.
I just moved into Point East Apartments, and it was probably the easiest transition to a new apartment that I’ve experienced so far. The application process was easy, quick and thorough. Jazzmin who I worked with and she showed me the apartment was wonderful very insightful and even when I didn’t ask questions she would let me know facts about the area/apartment and neighborhood (which helped me a lot w/ deciding) Connor who was here to help me on the day I moved in was awesome!
