We have lived at Amber Pointe since February of this year. We have only had 1 maintenance request and when we called for maintenance, they came over within the hour to fix our problem! We love the apartments; it is very quiet out here and we love to take advantage of the gym, tanning bed and pool as well. Julie, the property manager is probably one of the best managers we have ever dealt with. We recommend this property to anyone!
Great place to live!
Jacksonville CJD is my dealership and the only dealership in the area I will ever use for Service or New car purchase. Your staff has been "Always, Friendly and Courteous for me!" My only problem is I was suprised it cost $29.95 + tax to get my tire repaired. But, that is Ok now.

We have lived in two different buildings here at Amber, first at a one bedroom then a two bedroom. We've been here five years. Love it. Staff are great. They do a great job at snow removal (especailly early in the day when folks need to get out to work).

I thoroughly enjoy the beautiful quiet setting at Amber Pointe. I find it relaxing to sit on the balcony and look out into the wilderness. I feel really safe here and would certainly renew the lease and recommend this place to everyone--though, selfishly, I would recommend the place to no one to keep all of the great neighbors already here and to keep the tight community feel... Plenty of Parking – I lived at Amber Pointe for a year and was very happy with my experience. The office staff is very friendly and professional, and I never had a complaint about my neighbors. The kitchen was spacious and clean with a great oven and refrigerator. The dishwasher didn't always get the job done, though.
