Trespassers non stop in the morning time. Garbage constantly spilled on the grounds. Grills are cleaned to a minimum. Hot tubs with tweekers, and trespassers taking poops and pees whenever. Most unsecure,secure looking place ever.
MANAGEMENT DISCRIMINATES AGAINST DISABLED VETERAN. Hello im a disabled Marine Corps Veteran, I moved to Marina Playa in 2024. Since moving in i have been stalked and harrassed by management and neighbors. I asked Management to make reasonable accomadations for my disabilities and they blatantly ignored me (Against the law). Hello, I'am a disabled Marine Corps. Veteran who moved to Marina Playa in 2024. Since moving in I have been stalked and harassed by management and neighbors. I just moved in and while it was hectic like all new move ins are, chris helped to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Been here less than 2 months. Neighborhood is great, but management is a different story. Work orders take forever to complete and have been dealing with a refrigerator not getting cold for almost 2 weeks. Already considering moving somewhere else when lease is up. Things really need to change .
I posted this on yelp & Google as well but I am finding every review site I can so anyone looking to rent here knows exactly what they’re getting into. Me and my husband lived here for a little over a year. The apartment was pretty nice (we got a newly renovated one)--the problem is the management. They NEVER answer the phone and are extremely slow to email back. Our new car was towed since the office was closed for the holidays so we couldn't get a parking pass, and they never reimbursed us for the $200 towing fee. I was to... read more
