I have been a resident for 3 years at the domain brewers hill and every year has gotten progressively worse. The fire alarm goes off for no reason at all hours of the day, I would say on average 2-3 times a month. It has gotten so bad that most residents do not even go outside anymore. Every weekend the trash shoot backs all the way up to the fifth floor and there is always garbage in the hallways by the end of the weekend. DO NOT RENT! I moved out of Polo Park Apt's and my credit and background came back fine for my new place. The manager from Polo Park also spoke with the office where I moved directly following my move out and told them I owed NO charges and sent a great letter of reference! A few yrs later, I have recently went to rent another place and I have a "cleaning fee" of $700 in collections against me. I also had a problem with people leaving SCREWS in the parking lot!!! Nice apartments nice staff. They ripped me off big time tho. I had to pay $1800 for the wooden floors in my apts after I moved out.They billed me and I had to pay that within 21 days. The worst part is that the floors were damaged when I got the apartments, I even wrote it down my move in sheet. Be careful they will rape u with no mercy! They are renovating the apt at my expense! Its not fair to pay for something that you didint break!

bogus move out charges. Collection agencies will be on u before u even receive the bill!
Pool time....A lovely pool resides within this complex...A pool that, as far as I can tell, is rarely open. Perhaps it is simply my poor luck, but the pool that is supposed to be open until 8pm every night other than Monday rarely is, regardless of beautiful weather. Given that I also have had poor experience with the quality of the apartment (though not the maintenance staff's dedication to their job), this is disappointment. The management here is certainly the crux of the problem.
