Units rarely come available allowing management to use a questionnaire and $200 hold fee (see review about their shady practices regarding that) to hand pick who is "worthy" of living there. The legality of this questionnaire is highly dubious. Just driving around the property it is nothing but senior citizens, including one man in his 70s who was in a full army (work) uniform marching around.
