Apartments are looking amazing. Gated community, looks a lot more cleaner. New management is definitely doing their magic. The back of the train track cleared out of the homeless people. Does not look nothing like it did months ago.
Very ghetto. Crackheads everywhere. Cars and RVs parked on the street right outside with people living in them. Huge homeless encampment behind the building. Has a fence and gate, but they don't work yet, idk if they ever will. And still doesn't go around the entire building. If someone wanted to get in the back fence that backs up to the homeless encampment, it would be super easy. The chain link back there is already cut.
They have rats and roaches don’t move here and they delete reviews
