Huge improvement after all the updates—everything looks clean and modern. Management has been responsive and maintenance is timely and helpful. The private trail out back is a bonus for quick hikes, and the location offers a peaceful, secluded vibe while still being close to West Austin. Highly recommend.
Living at Pointe 360 has been nothing short of a nightmare. The apartment has flooded multiple times, and every time it happens, management either ignores it or gives the bare minimum response. The flooding is clearly due to ongoing foundation issues, which they continue to patch up instead of fixing properly. Communication with management is practically nonexistent.
