I really don’t understand how they are still in business. I lived in this place for almost three years. The first 12 months was fine and I who had just come from Houston and newly widowed was so happy to find comfort. And then the nightmare began; the property was sold and their I am so glad to be out of the nightmare and the office was always closed and managers started to quit. No maintenance on location. Huge improvement after all the updates—everything looks clean and modern. Management has been responsive and maintenance is timely and helpful. The private trail out back is a bonus for quick hikes, and the location offers a peaceful, secluded vibe while still being close to West Austin. Highly recommend.
Living at Pointe 360 has been nothing short of a nightmare. The apartment has flooded multiple times, and every time it happens, management either ignores it or gives the bare minimum response. The flooding is clearly due to ongoing foundation issues, which they continue to patch up instead of fixing properly. Communication with management is practically nonexistent.
