Very dangerous Car got a bullet through the window community does nothing to show they care about the community. The place is run down people idling in the streets.
Dangerous environment Dimly lit streets. No security cameras. No guard on duty. My car was broken into and there was a shooting where a person was shot in the neck.
T After stumbling across this apartment I exchanged multiple emails with their leasing specialist to settle on the right apartment for me, which I did. I mailed my security deposit and didn't hear back for about a week. When I called the office they informed me that the leasing specialist no longer worked for the company and they did not receive my check because they were unable to open the mailbox. After opening the mailbox my check was received, but the unit I was supposed to have wouldn't be available for me by my move in... read more
rent increase continuously!! the place is ok, for what one paid before it was fine, but now they pretend that the tenant has to pay for all the renovations they want to do inside the apartment, and they increase the rent at all times, the increase in rent does not justify at all , no improvements are seen at all.
