Virgil kept me constantly informed on where things were at on the business aspect of things, but also was very knowledgeable about the roofing materials and job. Travis and his crew did a great job on the roof work and with the clean up. The final walk through was great and a few minor tweaks were immediately completed. Point recently put a new roof on my house. I was impressed with their level of customer service. I was always informed about what was happening and what to expect. After the roof was complete they sent some out to make sure everything was cleaned up and to see if I had any questions. I would recommend for any roofing needs.
Point’s roofing crew was professional and worked extremely hard in the cold & at a time in the dark. Jensen was very attentive during the entire process from the initial meeting to continued follow up to ensure our satisfaction. He never tried to push us into a decision on our roof replacement and was always professional.
