Honestly wouldn’t even give Point Roofing & Restorations a one star but I had to select something. My home was hit by a big hailstorm that required me to get new roof and siding. They came out right away to do the bid but all in all both jobs (roof & siding) took them 5 months to finally complete. Very little communication on their end until it came time for them to be paid. Ms. *, I have to disagree with your comment that there was very little communication. I have phone records and recollection of nearly 20 calls to your phone from myself alone, this does not include all of the employees working on your project or the other owner of the company. You never answered your phone or returned voice mails. You advised via email that you only wished to be contacted via email. Mike was great! I did not feel like he came in with a high price then lowered the price to make me feel like i was getting a good deal. I had two other bids do that but not like Mike. He was less expensive and the roof looks great!
