Applied for an apartment, which they approved me for, but then said it was actually going to be $80 more for the base than when I applied. There was also a ridiculous amount of hidden fees that weren't even quantified in the lease, I had to ask what the costs were going to be. It would've ended up costing me over $100 more a month than what I had applied for, and they wouldn't even tell me how much they usually charged for gas (something about splitting it by square footage). Awful management they do not care about you and your health. Living here will make you sick. As an example, dead rats and feces found in the air vents.

This company sucks, they care FAR TO MUCH ABOUT THE WRONG THINGS! for example, we are constantly getting emails about what we can’t have on patios and curb appeal. But it takes weeks to get maintenance to fix any issues. They are about squeezing every penny out of tenants and keeping tenants under their thumbs. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
