I did not live here. Why am I writing a review? Because I just paid $400 to read the worst most bad faith adversarial lease I have ever read IN MY LIFE. The person who called these guys slum lord was right. Dont take my word for it, DEMAND TO READ THE LEASE before you apply. The apartments are nice and clean and all appears well, almost too good to be true; BECAUSE IT IS. Also make sure you discuss the lease IN THE LEASING OFFICE. We really enjoyed the coffee and donuts day that we had today April 18, 2024. The coffee was really great and had so many options like lattes and cappuccinos and the guy that made them was a pro!!! The donuts also were very good and came from one of the best places around Kanes donuts!! We want to say thank you to Molly and Marta for putting this together and would really enjoy more things like this in the future!!!
