Drove up today and waited in line to get my oil changed. About 5 minutes later an employee cane out to tell me they are closed. The electronic sign states 8-1 on Saturday. It was 12:20.
I wanted an oil change on a Saturday. Before I left home, I checked the website that said the hours were 8 am to 1pm. I arrived at 12:45 and the place was closed, locked, no one around. Both a sign inside and the lighted sign outside said the Saturday hours were from 8-1. But, there wasn’t anyone there.
I went there today to get oil change on a Volkswagen golf they said they didn’t have the filter or can’t get one locally I went across the street and Purchased one at O’Reilly‘s came back he installed it and oil change and charge me $75 I asked them if they credit my six dollar oil filter that I purchased for them they said no. They said the owner would not allow it. Unfortunately this is one of the worst groups of customer service. It’s a huge step up to go to American car care or Pomp’s
Been going here for years. That has ended today. Worst staff and service I have ever had. Tim Stichman must want out of this business because that is the direction it is going. Horrible and rude staff..never going here again.
Went there Sat morning for a oil change at 9:20 doors were looked. Two ppl. were inside eating mcdonalds breakfast. said had to wait 10 min. 3 person came then opened door and waved us in. Person with earing came out off office and said can't even eat F----- breakfast !When I asked what time they open he said we discourage ppl. from coming here on Sat. because we don't w.ant to be here.Well now they don,t have to worry because none of our 3 autos will ever be there again
Been going there for over a year now. To think Tim Stichman would allow this kind of service is pathetic. His backwoods mechanics have stripped out my drain plug and now I opened my hood to find out that they broke the dipstick off in the hole. When they ask who changed the oil last, I tell them they did. But they don't even put all the info in the computer, so if you don't save your receipts there is no proof. They say to stay away from Walmart, but I think Walmart employees have more knowledge. I think I may contact a lawy... read more
