Shame on you Point Loma Woods! Moved me into an apartment infested with roaches so badly that the internet connection wouldn’t work because the place where it connects to the wall was infested, mold growing out of cracks in the walls, removed all of my appliances and replaced them with older models because YOU made a mistake on the lease, refusing to fix my AC unit, maintenance destroying bathroom fixtures and creating holes in the walls and STILL HAVE THE AUDACITY to charge me after moving out! I have **ntacted the office regarding issues with my appliances with no luck. They claim the oven is fine but burners are not level. Oven door is falling apart more every time they claim to fix the burners. Door does not close **rrectly. Several items Ive **mplained about have never been addressed! Ive had 3 different days reserved, each time no shows. I was **ntacted by voicemail that 3rd party appliance ** was out for service but they would only be there for the day. Get a one bedroom by the front of the complex and you will not regret it. If they decide to stick you in the back, you will absolutely hate it. I moved in as the minority as most of the roommates were roaches, literally something dripping down the walls I cannot get rid of, cracks in the foundation from every door and window do not make this better.
