I had really wanted to love this store, in fact, I was thrilled when I found them as I am always happy to support local business. Unfortunately there has been a consistent rude interaction in regards to my request that they use my proper name in their system & I was shocked to be told that regardless of my name being different than what they have decided it was they were not going to update it (I had my ID out in front of me!) & that I just needed to remember who I was to them! RecommendedI love this store. Every employee is so helpful and knowledgeable. My doggies go crazy when we pull into the parking lot. Open and here for us doing covid. ❤️
Great customer service, low prices , and knowledgeable staff. I can really tell they love animals as much as I do. No need to look elsewhere, I highly recommend!!

The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly! Every experience is a good one unless your furry friend steals the most expensive treat within reach 😭😭....that would be Kalee! They gave her treats so she thought that meant “help yourself”! 😭🐾. I’ve taken blood results over there to get assistance in getting liver or kidney enzyme levels down with a holistic approach rather than prescription meds and the recommendations worked out much better for the health of one of my dogs. So glad you’re in the neighborhood!!!
