I had an extremely poor and distressing experience at this dental clinic. After applying the topical anesthetic gel, the dentist proceeded with the injectable local anesthetic injection without waiting for it to take effect, causing my child to cry hysterically in pain. I explicitly stated that the topical anesthetic had not yet numbed the area, but the dentist argued that "30 seconds is sufficient," which contradicts standard medical practice and our previous experiences at other clinics. I highly recommend Point Cook Dental Group. Jobeline is a wonderful dentist, especially with kids—she puts them completely at ease, and both my children love her. Dr. Christina is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. She’s thorough, gentle, and makes you feel so comfortable—even as a very nervous patient, I felt completely at ease in her care.

Very professional and nice dentist.
Dr Jobeline is very professional and kind, we love her including our kids. She did excellent job with my cleaning and filling, always very thorough in checking my teeth problem, and always taught us how to clean our teeth and gum properly with the right method. Definitely the best dentist we ever had!
