Beware of Billing Issues with Front Desk Staff, her name is Ashley!!! My recent visit to point cook dental group for a dental filling was marred by unprofessional conduct at checkout. The front desk associate Ashley insisted on immediate payment, rushing me through the transaction without allowing proper time to review the itemized bill. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Jobeline but i am shocked and appaled by the care i recieved from Dr. Christina Shue today. I came in for increasing pain and sensitivity between the crevices of my teeth from a filling. Christina looked at my tooth for less than 3 minutes and sat me right up telling me there was no issue. Had sharp tooth pain as I am managing a gum disease. Tooth extracted with zero pain. Dr Susan was amazing.
