I have been there for almost a year. My husband and I personally love this place. So peaceful, they come and clean the laundry area, and the hallways get vacuumed regularly. If I ever have an issue (wear and tear), they come and fix it right away. Couldn't ask for anything better. My neighbors are all so great, too. They've been there for years.
They should update their gym. It’s old and rusty it’s a health hazard. Most of the equipments dont even work. They need more and new equipment.
This building is full of neglect Asbestos and Mold for over a decade I have been moved 3 times from apt to apt , from Black mold , and Asbestos coming down from popcorn ceilings , whenever they work on the roof which is very often. Most tenants wake up to asbestos in their morning coffee here. There is also a terrible security(very unprofessional) that harasses people The building is falling apart , understaffed and the Management does not seem to understand or respect tenants right with California ordinance and OSHA , it's ... read more
