They should update their gym. It’s old and rusty it’s a health hazard. Most of the equipments dont even work. They need more and new equipment.
This building is full of neglect Asbestos and Mold for over a decade I have been moved 3 times from apt to apt , from Black mold , and Asbestos coming down from popcorn ceilings , whenever they work on the roof which is very often. Most tenants wake up to asbestos in their morning coffee here.
