We purchased a VW Atlas from this location and at 11,162 miles it went crazy. Danny Martin the General Manager could not have cared less. The engine shut off while I was driving and it stopped twice in traffic! Vehicle messages alerted ERROR: Driver door contact switch and FAULT: Electronic parking brake. The dealer was aware of these issues with the 2021 models and said it was an easy fix but had to wait for a chip which could take months due to the supply issues. STAY AWAY, super shady dealership! Incredibly dishonest and only out for a buck. I'll bet they do NO repeat business. I found a car I liked, called them, got the final price so I could get a cashiers check (which I did) along with an airline ticket to fly and buy then drive home. I even spoke with the sales manager, AJ who gave me the final price. They texted for DL, Insurance and to give me the VIN #. I took my car to Pohanka Volkswagen back on 9/6/2019 for a new clutch that cost me $2,457.74. I had a problem with the clutch pedal sticking so I tried to take it back and they wanted to charge me $155 just to look at it. I told them what was wrong, but they insisted on charging me that additional fee (although the other VW dealer will apply that fee to the work being done--but not Pohanka) so I took it to another auto shop. I went earlier this week to look at a used Atlas. It didn't have the two features I wanted. I came back home with the salesperson's card and started doing some research. I texted her about their 0 down, 0 security deposit, and 0 on the first month's payment, and asked for my payment to be a certain number. She said her manager agreed to that number we'd just need to come in for the paperwork. I purchased my 2014 Passat on 6/18/2019 and have been in love with the car ever since. Runs very smoothly and is a dependable car. As of three days ago I drove over a nail and sought to get it fixed.
