Fredy in the service department was excellent for my first visit to the dealership. Clear communication and very helpful.
The service department attempts to scam me every time I've taken my car to get the oil changed. They come up with $300-400 charges for "essential maintenance" that is not required at all. How can you trust a business to actually keep your car running well if you can't trust them to provide services that are actually necessary. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
