The service is excellent. My service person, Frderick, has gone above and beyond in his service. He is always upfront with necessary service needed and has been patient to explain all/ best options available. I have also observed how he and the other team members check on their customers and give them updates while they are waiting. I also have never had to wait all day for basic services like oil changes.
Maya is exceptional. The service I received from her exceeded expectations. I am delighted to have acquired the car — my aspiration. I am profoundly grateful for her exemplary assistance. Thank you very much.
