Great staff and service. This is not a paid/fake review. I bought my car from this dealership and over the years have taken it to Lexus Towson and Lexus Rockville and neither comes close to providing as good service and taking care of their customers the way Pohanka Lexus does. I also found that for the same services Lexus Rockville was charging significantly more. Before going there to look at the car, I was undecided and had many questions. However, Alec welcomed me very warmly and answered all of my questions calmly, positively, and in a way that truly satisfied me.
