My husband and I recently brought our car in for a 15k mile service. We received outstanding service from Nathan Jankowski and also his Service manager, Suseel Kanagaratnam. On returning a loaner car, I did encounter an issue. Mr. Kanagaratnam followed through quickly and resolved my issue. We have purchased three cars from Pohanka Lexus and will continue to do business with them.
After we purchased (4) new tires . The car started making noise . We take it to service and informed makes noise but salesman tried to charge 180$ for driving with mechanic. Asked for manager and bluntly rude person do not want take responsibility anything. Need to take my car different professional car mechanic. Never ever recommend to anyone to do service here . Worst ever dealership service .

A big shoutout to DAT our Lexus technician who has been taking care of our Lexus over the years. This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. After buying a brand new car through Costco at this dealership, I received a coupon for 50% off any appliances or services. I went to the parts center twice on different days to buy new mats, and both times the experience was terrible.
