I always love collecting oem Lexus parts whenever it’s plate frames, keychains, parts for my car… you name it. But whenever I come in it’s always 10/10 service from Oscar without fail, very welcoming and gives honest advice. He gave me a suggestion when it came to picking out a keychain which made my day. I own a 26 year old Lexus SC300 and have owned it since I purchased it off the showroom floor in 1997. I recently needed to obtain a second key to my vehicle with the fob. Unfortunately we found out that Lexus was unable to assist us because they no longer stock this part for a motor vehicle of this age. Disappointing Experience at Lexus Chantilly - Poor Customer Service I visited Lexus Chantilly last week with the intention of purchasing a car. We had a pleasant experience with the sales representative until it came time to discuss pricing. When we respectfully asked for a $500 discount on the outdoor price of $33,000, Sales Manager Hassan became extremely rude and dismissive.
