Salesman lied about having car I picked out ready for pick up. When I arrived from out of town at my scheduled appointment time, car was gone and salesman was trying to steer me to a different vehicle. Salesman physically tried to stop me from leaving dealership by wedging his body inside my open door. I had to demand twice that he remove himself from my vehicles
