Worse customer service ever! Don’t go to this body shop, everyone is rude and don’t care of the issue you have, and on top of that, they charged my insurance for parts that was never installed on my car. Don’t go to this place you will be disappointed!!!
I'm giving them 5 stars all around. Caliber Collision is a team of real professionals. Their customer service is top notch, their facility is modern and clean, the work they do is the BEST I have seen. I have taken my car to other body shops in Northern Virginia and I have received less than satisfactory service. I had such a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the young lady named Cheyanne! She was such a wonderful person, I couldn't thank her enough for her help!
They really do a great job of making this a seamless process. Thankfully this time my repairs were relatively minor and they finished right on schedule. I would have liked a check-in call part way through the repair, but when I reached out they were very informative. Overall very pleased.
