I honestly hope someone else doesn't have to deal with the poor service. I am very disappointed and disheartened by the lack of support Ive received. 10days and they cant confirm what the previous shop found. I Strongly recommend saving yourself the time, stress, money. When it comes to working with clowns look no further. Bring your car here where they will just do the work and not get it the go ahead from the client. Called them all day to get an update and they won’t respond. They’ll tell you, that you should have picked up when they called the first time. Paid for services completed to have them tell me they forgot the transmission flush but charged me anyway and should just be cool with waiting another hour. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I want to leave my two experiences with this dealer, the first I came for a maintenance service and a problem in my 2024 vehicle and when they returned the vehicle to me, they had taken the owner's manual from the vehicle, nobody gave me answers, and the second, due to maintenance I left a ring on the passenger door and someone stole it, there was also no coherent response or a clear attempt to remedy the situation, I advise anyone who comes here to be very careful with their personal items, so that th... read more
