Took us out test driving an upgraded model SUV and not the model requested. Their reason is: They couldn't find the model we requested but actually found it when I said I'm leaving. They shouldn't have told me ahead of time I was test driving an upgraded model. Anyway, I've now put in a complaint to Chevrolet headquarters about this problem. Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly, VA is a no no!
