I left my car at the dealership for 8 hours and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. The only acceptable work was the rim repair—which wasn’t even performed by an Acura technician. It’s clear the service department is not properly aligned with the products being sold by the sales and finance teams. Excellent service every single time. I’ve had a couple small issues with my TLX and had to bring the car in, but usually here for regular maintenance. I’m really appreciative of the quality service every time and staff are very friendly. Duke is usually the guy that checks me in and he’s went above and beyond the call of duty more than once to help me get my car sorted.
Bought a brand new 2025 TLX in May of 2025 - now has a little over 6k miles. After 7 months, the infotainment system stopped working completely - no radio, no GPS, no phone, no blue tooth, no access to the settings for the car, like the dynamic mode..... nothing works. Dealership said there's no estimate on the part coming in to repair the issue - literally said it could be 6 months. That's not service.
