Changed from 1 star to 5 star Called for an inquiry of services. Receptionist responded by saying, "I'm a Receptionist, I don't have time to answer questions". I was contacted few days later to fulfill my first inquiry. I do not believe this is a representation of the facility. One would think this would be a responsibility of a front desk worker. Family toured over last weeks , they noticed there's only one housekeeper for the whole facility , shes very energetic sweating but still a smile on her face. Very clean smelled good , some rooms were being opened by caregivers took a peak , very clean facility. Felt great vibes environment Caregivers all staff looked friendly still deciding if its the right place. More employees would help community. We're looking for a clean environment for our family member and it is just that.

Very clean and disinfected thoroughly, they take many precautions to keep my mom safe from covid. Meals are very delicious which is an added bonus.
