5 STAR from check-in to future scheduling. My hygienist was especially professional and detailed in explaining care while making sure that I understood and was comfortable, even scheduling future appts. Even at checkout, the receptionist was pleasant and accommodating with scheduling/payment plans. And of course Dr. Podvia is the BEST!!
This was the most thorough dental exam I've even had . I was impressed. Staff and Dr Podvia were very pleasant.
ANXIETY is my middle name if you say Dentist!!! The staff was amazing,facility is emaculate. But,most of all they were thoroughly able to explain my plan of service and how I would be made comfortable to get all of my services done. Definitely going back and taking my Husband and children!
I do not enjoy going to the dentist. I really, really do not like it. It is so comforting from arrival to ending to have the staff remember me and know what things concern me. They do such a great job in making sure I am comfortable and understand what they are doing. My husband and I have been using this dentist for several years now.
