Abhorrent Company!!! ZERO STARS! I went this route because they promise to move your stuff from start to finish! They do not!!! I had a POD container delivered to my home on June 21st, 2026. My house was in a sale and “ Pending “ , just awaiting the buyers to get cleared for a mortgage by their bank. I wasn’t moving until I was assured they were approved. They delivered my POD container they received from Delaware. No one ever called the night before they dropped it at my new destination, or called the night before when they came and picked up the empty. Only the drivers called 20 min prior to coming. Only communication I received on a time was emails and I got 4 in 10 min with 4 different times to expect them. Other then that, my stuff was in great shape and the drivers were very polite. I'm sure corporate sent out the emails. Thanks guys. A stressful move made easy 👍🏼👍🏼

Our delivery window was from 2-5pm today. It is now 8:30pm and we have called 3 times only to be told that our POD is "in transit" from THIS facility... as of 3 hours ago. THIS facility is 10 minutes away from my house. Not a single person that we have talked to is able to locate where our POD is or WHEN it will be here. The app says it was DELIVERED. They will not give us any other information. They will not give us their "manager's" name.

know what you are getting into is my dealings with PODS. Cant cancel or obtain items for a full year. very expensive to use. Cheaper to buy a storage unit.
