know what you are getting into is my dealings with PODS. Cant cancel or obtain items for a full year. very expensive to use. Cheaper to buy a storage unit.

NEVER use PODS, they are godawful and wont deliver to an address they PROMISED they would. NEVER use these people EVER
Trying to cancel with them was a nightmare! The only way is via chat or over the phone. I was out of the country and could not call - it took a full HOUR of arguing over the chat and being told due to high chat volume with the people who could cancel (no wonder!) my only option was a verbal phone call to get through to someone from their "retention" team to cancel. An HOUR!! And only after I said someone should sue for making cancelling inaccessible to non-verbal people did I finally, immediately get through 🤣 honestly maki... read more
