Scam! Don’t use PODS, they charged me 1,000 over what they quoted me and refuse to refund fix the price !
Joey was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Really appreciate his hard work.
I have recommended PODs to 3 other people! PODs did a GREAT job orchestrating the delivery of my POD from Chicago, IL. to Bakersfield, Ca. The Bakersfield PODS driver was prompt, communicated very well and arrived in a timely manner. Very professional.
Joey, from Bakersfield, set up my pod and when he drove away, I realized I couldn’t lift the door. I called him and he immediately turned around and came back to help me. That is true customer service! Thank you!!
Sidney made an unpleasant moving experience much nicer by picking up the POD and being kind, compassionate and super friendly. I would request him personally if I ever need to use them again. Thanks Sidney!!
