Jerman just delivered my POD. He set the container exactly where I wanted it and explained how to load it. Perfect customer service!
The containers are very clean, the drivers always on time, very polite, wonderful people to work with. Thank you for your service.
Customer service sucks they need to do better. Nobody on the other side of they phone service understands. I called to access my POD to get some items out which they stated would not be a problem. I went on the day to access my POD I was told I was not on the list. PODS needs to do better and get English speaking representatives. Would not recommend PODS when I empty my POD I won't deal wit them again. Charged me 75$ because I didn't access my POD, there has been many times I couldn't get there and was never charged till 2yr... read more
