Joey, from Bakersfield, set up my pod and when he drove away, I realized I couldn’t lift the door. I called him and he immediately turned around and came back to help me. That is true customer service! Thank you!!

Great experience with the PODS in Bakersfield, CA. All the drivers were clear and had great communication. On pick up, Jerman was very thorough and careful and took extra time to explain the process once the PODS got to where they were going. Overall, fantastic!
