I would give zero stars if possible. They delayed my pick up date by over two weeks and did not inform me of this until I called to confirm the pick up time. They submitted fraudulent weight tickets for my move and then refused to answer or return my calls. This location is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
We had the pod a year and was overcharged every month. The pick up price was never discussed until time for pickup
Great delivery, service, transportation, customer service, and communication throughout the moving process. Highly recommend!
On August 26, 2024 I had a POD delivered. The next day I paid 2 movers from POD $860 for 2 hours to professionally pack my furniture into the POD. The POD was delivered to a Pod location until 2/27/2025. It was never opened until March 1. When we had movers unload the POD there was extensive damage to an Ethan Allen cherry king size headboard.
