Jason was great at delivering our PODS and providing good advice how to pack and secure them for transport
The drop off was good,but the pick up Driver was awful. He damaged my neighbors beautiful tree broke off a huge Branch and didn’t care. He responded for me to basically make a complaint to the Pod company! If I didn’t see I think he was planning on leaving without notifying us.
Quick booking over the phone, not a bunch of hidden fees or bullshit fees. Very simple and quick. Easy to use online system to maintain your booking. No bothersome and useless email updates. Prompt follow ups, kind customer service. Overall it was very easy and simple, and I was left alone until I needed them!
