All of the gentle men that have come to pick up or deliver the pods have been very respectful and have shared very valuable information as to how to pack, etc. Jason was our first driver and we were very satisfied with his service. We would not hesitate to recommend PODS to our family and friends.
The PODS experience was good. The customer service was helpful, explaining things and answering my questions. The driver was excellent. I couldn’t get the container in the spot I wanted, Jason explained everything and why he couldn’t put it there. The only negative thing I have to say is that they almost communicated too much, i had to confirm the details 3 or 4 times.
Jason the driver picked up and delivered our PODS and always did a professional and courteous job. Give him a raise!
