Phil dropped off and picked up our POD upon completion. He was polite, professional and terrific to talk to. If we ever need POD services again, I hope that we get Phil as the driver!
I decided to hold on to my review for several weeks until my daughter was moved and everything was handled. My experience with PODS has been a rollercoaster. The team was very helpful getting this all set up. I started in March and had a delivery date set for the end of May. It was on a Saturday and before a holiday but was assured it was going to work out. We had Saturday and Sunday to get her moved. We were given a window on Saturday of when the POD would arrive. This is the worst run, unorganized business I've ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible!!!! Cant understand a word they say. They have no knowledge of any order. Sat on hold three times for over two hours trying to get information about my order My order was delivered three weeks late and then they billed me for storage. Ask for a supervisor and they give me another person that cant speak English well enough to communicate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
