I was very disappointed in the Pods moving experience. I have used them before and was a repeat customer but this time several items were destroyed in the move due to them —not the professional packers and they would hold no responsibility. Good luck if you have anything valuable-i will use someone else next time.

FEAR AND LOATHING IN POD COUNTRY What started out as a frustrating experience with your customer service has now turned into a weird and almost darkly comic experience. My wife gave your “moving expert” a very detailed list of all the items that we would be needing to store in one of your pods. After receiving the list your representative stated that we would need only one large pod. Absolutely, one of the worst service companies I have ever dealt with.\n Would not take a full payment Had to pay multiple times in small increments of sixty nine dollars .canceled order to pick up." Because we keep our credit cards locked". Send you to voicemail, hell. Did not send pods as scheduled. Could not schedule pick up on days. If I could give zero I would worse experience ever if you like waiting on hold all the time and talking with people that can speak English go to them and way over priced
