A big thank you to Laureen @ corporate and Alex and Joe, drivers in the Chattenooga office. They saved our move. Great customer resolution service. Thanks for the great job getting the pods to our location. Because of the distance, I know it's challenging, but that is why I hired a reputable, nationwide company like Pods. Now, I do need you to pick up "both" pods units on Wednesday, 5/20 as scheduled for our cross country move to our new home. Chattanooga Pods folks are some of the best. I know you won't let me down.

Our PODS driver was prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about placing the POD in the correct location for us. He was customer service focused and that doesn't always happen these days. I was very impressed with both my drop-off and pickup drivers, overall.
