Went in on my way back home from holiday vacation by recommendation. Got me fitted for some new cleats and pedals with excellent service from Gareth and Matt. Personable, friendly, patient and extremely knowledgable. Answered all my questions, no matter how crazy they might have been.
Drove 3 hours and it was SO worth it!! My fitting was intense and precise. Thank you, Andy, for being patient with me (a crash victim) and being so professional- you rock! I absolutely cannot wait for my Orbea to come in!!! I look at a picture of it EVERY day! Love your shop and all the merchandise you have to choose from. Only wish you were closer!!
I had my older bike tuned/cleaned and bought my first new bike in several years. I was thrilled with the friendly, competent staff and close attention I received at Podium. My new bike is awesome and my old bike was even adjusted to the new fitting specifications. Love this place!! Thanks, Podium!!
