The receptionist is Rude! But the Dr... well I was asked how old I was, why I had the insurance I had. What was my medical condition? Can you say Hepa?? Went in due to pain from ingrown toe nails and a bump on top of my foot, he told me the nails weren't infected and never did a thing about them, but did tell me to tell my nail salon how to cut them different next time, and then never looked at the bump on top of my foot. Dr E got my 98 yr old mom in for a problem with her toenail. He was kind, patient and quickly took care of the problem. He made her feel comfortable and she was very pleased with the whole experience.
The doctor, after explaining my pain, just said it wasn't diagnosable. After insisting, he decided to inspect my toe (where the pain is), and because my pain happens when I move my toe, he just told me "have you thought about not moving it". Outrageous!!! The doctors here are a scam, your family doctor might be more helpful. Go somewhere else, anywhere else...
If I could give this man 0 stars I would. Do not go here. I wish I took the reviews seriously and didn’t go here. Dr E whatever his name is is awful and has zero patient care or bedside manner. He told me “the insurance you CHOSE requires prior authorization” like how rude??? Firstly it’s what I can AFFORD. So rude!! Listen to the other reviews and choose a different location
