Truly can not believe how rude the doctor in the Oswego office is. He did not even attempt to address my issue, and then dismissed me assuming he knew what was wrong without even looking at my foot. How can you diagnose something without taking the time to look at the issue. Completely unprofessional. When I talked to United health care to find another provider, i found out this doctor only has a two star rating. The reason for that is clear. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor that cares about patient care!!

My girlfriend went to Podiatry Services of CNY for two in-grown toe-nails and to treat a toe nail fungus. 6 months later, she's still having issues, Podiatry Services of CNY still refuses to bill her insurance (Podiatry Services of CNY keeps claiming they lost her file) and has padded the bill up to $800. $800 for two in-grown toe nails. Utterly ridiculous. The reception staff is in a word, inept. They are rude and raunchy. They're more concerned with who's sleeping with who rather than actually helping people. I made an appointment with them last week for the day before I was going on vacation. The call me 2 hrs before the appointment and tell me the doctor is not in and cancel my appointment. They lost my business.
