This doctor is fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and outgoing. He’s very easy to talk to, doesn’t rush, and helps me understand the problem. His solutions are helpful and he’s adaptable to whatever comes up. I think his sweet personality rubs off on the staff because everyone is really kind and helpful and seems like a positive culture in the office.
Extremely disappointed that I was scheduled for an 8am appointment with Dr. Chessman I drove 48 mins to his office paid a ton of money in tolls only to arrive and see a notice on the door saying ALL appointments cancelled. If I had did a no show they would gladly charge me a cancellation fee. I’m frustrated because they didn’t have the courtesy to call me prior to the appointment to cancel.
