They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me and my son. They went out of their way to make me and my son feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
