The lady that work at the front desk doesn't know anything about the health insurance.I have QMB witch means I don't need to pay copay because,QMB cover a copay a coinsurance and today I had an appointment and she insisted that only cover primary doctor witch she is wrong primary doctor you don't pay copay any way. I've been going to this Podiatry Center for a few years now. At first, I'll be honest, I didn't like that whenever I had an appointment I had to see a different Podiatrist and I didn't like that. Now, I've been going to the Market St office and I kinda like it a bit better. Last appointment I had, I saw a Podiatrist and I explained what was the reason for my visit.
