The dr was fine, the checkput was ridiculous. I recused to pay their estimate of $170, and made a payment arrangement because my insurance will discount it. Like I dont understand how ins works.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:15. I arrived at 1pm and signed in. I waited until 1:35 and left. I was so frustrated after having to hear the front desk girls talk about all the different donuts and coffee shops they like to visit. It took them over 10 minutes to scan another patient’s insurance card because of the donut conversation They also bad mouthed the donut shop located just a few doors down from the office Very unprofessional I will not be returning
The complete office staff is warm, welcoming, and offers an atmosphere of ease. Dr Lockridge is beyond wonderful. The staff, including Pepper, make every visit a pleasant part of our day.
