Front desk service and scheduling was the worst. Put on hold for 15 minutes two different times. Emailed photo of insurance card (at their request) and never heard back. Tried to give them a chance to step up but, in my instance, I was unsuccessful getting in to even see a doctor. I rarely write reviews but this was so bad I felt I needed to warn others. Can't speak to their medical skills...I couldn't get through the administrative gauntlet....
I went here for help. Extreme foot pain. The doctor walked in, small talk, and then I asked if I should remove my shoes to expose my feet. He looked at them and said it was "hereditary" and that I had to get used to it. No remedy, solutions, or hope given. But I did get a $200 charge. Date of service: 10/9/24. They are hounding me for their money like goons after I explained why I don't owe anything. Because nothing was done! No services were technically rendered.
The doctors and incredibly efficient and nice team are making my feet happy with orthotics. Thanks!!!
Misdiagnosed my foot problem. I have flat feet and normally get special soles: he told me “it’s too expensive” and when I asked him to write a prescription because I can afford it, he denied it. Just said: get some over the counter. This has never happened to me at any orthopedic office I have been to. I have never in my life have been treated the way I was in that office.
