I saw Dr. Scotten for what seems like a small thing. It's a cut between my pinky toe and the next toe over. It's something I probably picked up in a truck stop shower. He gave me a lotion that didn't work. He told me to take it every other day for 3-4 weeks and if it didn't work, to come back. I don't have time nor the $80 for every visit to keep going back. First Visit: 1. Patients expected to pay 3% fee for using credit cards (they did agree to bill me after being unable to tell me why). 2. Was told they didnt have my Xrays, and could I try and get them while sitting in the exam room? That is unacceptable and should have been actively addressed before my appointment. 3. Dr was knowledgeable, but didnt seem to listen to me. I spoke of inserts causing pain in my arch, and was given a wrap that immediately caused me more pain in my arch. I walked in, I limped out.
