Had a very unpleasant experience before I could make an appointment. I did a request online after finally finding a doctor I could go to and in my area. The lady called me and told me I needed a referral. I told her that my insurance didn't require a referral. She said I did even though I didn't. Then said I did because I have medicaid, which I don't. She had my insurance info which she could've use to see she was incorrect.
