Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? No Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Some chiropractors don't listen to the specific problem you're having and will adjust your entire body, which may fix your issue but lead to another. Dr. Podell is exactly the opposite, he listens to your actual problem, checks your mobility for the problem (i.e., if you have a neck problem he will check your range of motion, etc.) and addresses the specific problem. Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They've never given me any helpful nutritional or lifestyle advice. I could really use some too. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience ... read more
