Formally nervous dental patient I'm normally a very nervous patient but you and your staff really made me at ease. I was also impressed by how everyone was respectful of my hearing impairment and kept stopping to remove mask and speak clearly and how dr Mann didn't wear one so I could read lips. There are not many people I encounter who go out of their way like that. The consideration of the pain i was in was remarkable.
